Humans are creatures of habit, so break one by rediscovering your hunger, you eat because you are truly hungry, rather than because it is lunchtime. Most importantly, however, learn to love yourself no matter what size you are.

Beware of prejudices based on size and work on dismantling those within you, and you won't only feel better, but also be able to educate others by means of an inclusive and positive message about body consciousness.
