BetOnSport chief executive officer David Carruthers was at the top of the online gaming industry not so long ago. In addition to Carruthers, Sportingbet chairman Peter Dicks was arrested recently as well. It appears that just like Carruthers, Dicks also violated terms of the Wire Act.
