Any place of business that does a great deal of legal binding might want to consider the different options that are available to them. Even a business that only binds a few legal-sized documents per week should at least know that the binding machine they invest in can handle 14 page-size documents. Plastic Comb Binding - This is the most widespread legal binding process, which uses plastic combs that can be easily ordered to keep on hand in any legal office. One consideration to keep in mind is that some spiral coil binding machines cannot actually punch 14 legal-size documents. Twin Loop Wire Binding - All wire binding machines can process legal-size documents, but twin loop wire does not always come in 14 lengths. These are the four primary options for binding legal sized documents. Legal-size binding supplies are not readily available for thermal binding and Unibind machines. One of these options should, however, provide the right look and feel for any business legal binding needs.
