Do you ever get out of bed with that feeling not being able to cope and negativity overwhelming you? Well, we all have our off days and that is normal.I don't care how much self development work you do, you will always have to face some days when things are not going your way.

The story is rather different though when off days become a regular occurrence.
If you often start your day thinking, "Not another day I have to face, it is all too much", you force yourself to get up, and are already thinking of the end of the day before it even started, you do have a problem controlling your emotions. After all, when you are feeling run down and emotional it often is too much of an effort to motivate yourself to get help, even though you know that you should.
