If you are visiting Cape Cod on a tight budget, then I have a list of free things to do to help you save some cash.

See how glass in blown at Pairpoint in Sandwich. Pairpoint was founded in 1837 and is the oldest existing glass blowing business. Do you like spectacular views? Then visit Scargo Tower in Dennis. The Scargo Tower is the highest location in Cape Cod.

You can not come to the Cape without experiencing a lighthouse. There are ten lighthouses on our shoreline. Bring your camera as you are sure to get some great photos. Enjoy a free outdoor concert at the Town Green. The Sandwich town band performs on Thursday nights.

Shop at the unique gift shops of downtown Chatham, window shop or step in side and take home a souvenir or two. Experience the power of the whales at Provincetown. Bring your video camera as you will want to share every thing with your friends and family.

Do you like to see everything by bicycle? Then ride your bike down the Cape Cod Rail trail. Take a free tour of Cranberry World and learn how cranberries are harvested. Enjoy free samples of cranberry juice and dried cranberries.

Tour the Cape Cod Potato Chip Factory The home of hand stirred kettle cooked potato chips. Experience the serenity of the Fort Hill Trail. Walk through the one and a half mile trail that is surrounded by oak and cedar trees.

Do you like to bird watch? Monomoy National Wildlife Refuge has a large variety of birds to enjoy. Up for a free wine tasting? Visit the Cape Cod Winery in East Falmouth.

Do you like to fish? Then head on down to the Cape Cod canal and you are sure to have a great time.

Visit Woods Hole Oceanic Institute. There are free scenic walking trails and tours. You are sure to learn a lot and at no cost to you. Do you want to know where lavender comes from? Take a tour of the Cape Cod Lavender Farm in Harwich.

Visit the Woods Hole Science Aquarium and get up close to seals at play and over 140 other species.
I have listed a few suggestions as there are hundreds of great free things that you can enjoy while in Cape Cod. Use your imagination and do the research and you are sure to enjoy your time without breaking the bank.
