Fear of the unknown and what society will think of me may have prevented me from experiencing other levels of pleasure.
My first toy was a stick vibrator -- purchasing it was a nerve wracking experience. It could be true that the first time will always be the hardest and that the fear disappears as you go along.
Fortunately, I was hidden behind my computer monitor.
After a few weeks, I got bored with it and figured it just was not cutting it out for me. I bought another and another as I was becoming more brazen, until I realized that I had more than half a dozen in my vibe collection. I have to admit that there are times I laid off sex because of my toys, but I always come around and want the real deal. I do not use the vibrators only when I am single or not dating anybody. This is not my way of saying that you should force your partners to experiment with sex toys. Keep in mind that some people find it insulting.
It could be a big crush to their ego as they might think that they are sexually inadequate.
I have outgrown my fear of the unknown and have delved into the pleasurable world of sex toys. It is my suggestion that other people should do the same.
