Think positive! The more negative your thoughts the more negativity you draw to you! These are the catch phrases of many gurus. But does positive thinking really work? The answer is yes and no.

True, the longer you dwell on an emotion the more you draw it to you. This fact is scientifically proven. It is however, very difficult to feel positive when you are overburdened by problems like money constraints, business problems, or in the throws of a relationship break up. Try and tell a man drowsing in the middle of the ocean that the shore is right in front of them. You can imagine the response.

Duality is the law of our existence which allows us to see and evaluate everything in our world. We see daylight because we know what night is like, we see black because we know about white, we feel the cold because we know about the warmth of summer. And we know when we feel good, because we know how negative thinking makes us feel lousy.

Balancing the positive with the negative

What if you could acknowledge your negative feelings and use them to empower you to improve your state at the same time? Yes, this can be done with energy psychology.
